This installment features 12 Joint Munitions Command Plants across 11 states. It maps approximately 845 miles of STRACNET rail, stretching over 14 states. These locations were scoped out by google search with the help of some anarchist blogs, and the railways gleaned from declassified STRACNET maps. These stretches are marked in yellow in Google Earth, or boxed in on other KML file viewers. Contributors have made note of motion-sensor cameras mounted in trees and motion-activated crossing gates.
The connecting/arterial rails were approximated from scanning the Google Earth map and satellite. This approximated network reaches most of the eastern USA, 4,416 miles over 20 states. These rails are NOT defense-exclusive; past the designated boxes, they converge with passenger and commercial routes.
